Winter is coming and so is the end of the golf season. But that doesn't mean you can't find a way to play golf! Here are the best destinations for a winter golf vacation. --- ### **South Carolina** **![image1.jpg](https://blog.plymouthcc.net/hs-fs/hubfs/image1.jpg?width=1000&name=image1.jpg "image1.jpg")**   With places like Myrtle Beach, Kiawah Island and Hilton Head (pictured), it's no wonder why this state is one of the most popular golf desinations in the U.S.. Just far enough south to escape the cold weather, not to mention some of the top courses on the east coast. Notable Courses: - [The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island](https://www.kiawahresort.com/golf/the-ocean-course) - [Harbour Town Golf Links](https://www.seapines.com/golf/harbour-town-golf-links.aspx) - [Barefoot Resort](http://barefootgolf.com/) --- ### **Florida** **![77-da6f9d7d34c75236942e8bd63c15c06a.jpg](https://blog.plymouthcc.net/hs-fs/hubfs/77-da6f9d7d34c75236942e8bd63c15c06a.jpg?width=770&height=241&name=77-da6f9d7d34c75236942e8bd63c15c06a.jpg)**   Home to the "Golf Capital of the World", Naples, Florida, this city has the second most golf holes per capita in the country. Florida itself is also home to the [PGA TOUR](http://www.pgatour.com/) and the courses played during the Tour's "Florida Swing".  Notable Courses: - [TPC Sawgrass (Players Stadium)](http://www.tpc.com/tpc-sawgrass) - [Bay Hill Club & Lodge](https://www.bayhill.com/) - [Streamsong](http://www.streamsongresort.com/best-florida-golf/) ---   ### Arizona ![Untitled-1.jpg](https://blog.plymouthcc.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Untitled-1.jpg?width=770&height=241&name=Untitled-1.jpg)   Let's head west for a change. Nothing beats desert golf. Nearly 0 humidity and highs in the 60's and 70's, you'll be perfectly content navigating your way around the rugged Arizona terrain. Courses here offer plenty of opportunities for stay-and-play golf packages for pretty affordable prices! And considering it's the winter and highs will be above 100 in the summer, this is the best time to explore the area. Notable Courses: - [TPC Scottsdale](http://www.tpc.com/scottsdale) - [Troon North Golf Club](http://www.troonnorthgolf.com/index.php) - [We-Ko-Pa Golf Club](http://wekopa.com/golf/saguaro/) ---   ### California ![Pebble-Beach-for-web.jpg](https://blog.plymouthcc.net/hs-fs/hubfs/Pebble-Beach-for-web.jpg?width=770&height=241&name=Pebble-Beach-for-web.jpg)   Home to a perrenial #1 on [America's 100 Greatest Public Courses list](http://www.golfdigest.com/gallery/americas-100-greatest-public-courses-ranking), Pebble Beach Golf Links, California is always a safe choice for a winter golf trip. And if you're choosing your vacation spot for the weather, I mean... look no further. Notable Courses: - [Pebble Beach Golf Links](https://www.pebblebeach.com/golf/pebble-beach-golf-links/) - [Spyglass Hill](https://www.pebblebeach.com/golf/spyglass-hill-golf-course/)[ Golf Course](https://www.pebblebeach.com/golf/spyglass-hill-golf-course/) - [Pasatiempo Golf Club](http://www.pasatiempo.com/)   [![Find A Golf Vacation Package](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/515567/278e37fc-e07d-4626-9c1d-fcc0e09b19c1.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/515567/278e37fc-e07d-4626-9c1d-fcc0e09b19c1) Topics: [plymouth](https://blog.plymouthcc.net/topic/plymouth), [Golf](https://blog.plymouthcc.net/topic/golf) ## Weddings, Golf, South Shore and more... There is so much cool stuff happening in this new era of golf, and so many creative minds providing daily inspiration for weddings and events, we just want to stay involved. This blog is our way of doing just that! We wanted to be able to share and connect with the PCC community and beyond, from anywhere, at any time (even when there is no golf in sight in mid-February).
