So many couples tell me they can't wait to be on the honeymoon after their wedding. I think the family dynamics, stress and hectic schedule involved with planning a wedding really wears on a couple and the best part of the whole experience is relaxing on a trip together.
This is the season I get to meet with countless newly engaged couples planning the most important day of their lives. Some couples know exactly what they want, some have never even been to a wedding, and most, come in completely overwhelmed by the amount of information that was thrown at them once that ring was on her finger!
The age of Pinterest is in full bloom and the ideas that swirl around for any event are too numerous to count. I can not tell you how many times a client shows me a Pinterest picture on their phone to tell me they are going to "do it themselves". It seems easy enough, right?
A recent Yahoo! Style article entitled: "Please don't bring your kids to my wedding" was an interesting read! It gave BOTH perspectives and provided logical arguments as to why Brides and Grooms make the decision to INclude or EXclude your little darlings from their nuptials.
